Course Outline
This is a rough guide of what to expect. Try to be as
``hands on'' as possible, almost everything in this course
is easily accessible numerically. Elementary Fortran or C
programming combined with some plotting packages (like
gnuplot) will do, familiarity with Mathematica or Matlab
will facilitate learning to a great extent as well. If you
do not know to program anything, start with either
Mathematica or Matlab. But start now! This is totally dynamic and non-autonomous. MT is a mini-test, announced mostly after it is over. |
