Abstract :

Oxide materials show the wide range of phenomenal properties such as semiconducting, magnetic, multiferroic, magnetoresistance, superconducting and many more other properties. This talk mainly concentrates on different magnetic and electrical transport properties of different oxide materials of polycrystalline bulk, thin films and nanoparticles. Our results of double exchange driven electroresistance of La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 thin film, phase coexistence of Bi doped La0.67Sr0.33MnO3, memristive switching and some other studies of oxides will be discussed.
