High Frequency Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Probes - Design techniques and applications

Abstract :

Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is an important analytical tool for many disciplines. NMR probe is the major component of the NMR spectrometer which directly influences the sensitivity and resolution of various types of measurements. The NMR probe can be designed in such a way that it is possible to make measurements at specific conditions such as variable temperature, magic angle spinning, inclusion of excitation laser, different RF excitation frequencies and microwave accessories. Here I would discuss different kinds of high performance NMR probes [1, 2, 3] and their applications I have developed over these years.
