Areas of Interest

✔ Ferroelectric oxides in energy applications

✔ Multiferroic and magnetoelectric oxides

✔ Strongly correlated perovskite oxides

Current Research

We explore to understand the ferroelectric and magnetic perovskite oxides in bulk, composites, heterostructures and multilayer thin film assemblies for thier multifunctional characteristics. Ferroelectric photovoltaics, electrocaloric, magnetocaloric, energy storage, electro and photo-strictions are the priority areas of research in our group.
