I typically teach undergraduates(freshmen/physics minors/engineering physics majors) and post-graduate students(M.Sc. Physics) at IITM. I enjoy teaching and feel that it has helped me become a better scientist.
In Fall 2009, IIT Madras started a five-year dual degree program in Physics -- a student gets two degrees -- a B.S. and M.S. in Physics.
Spring 2014
I am teaching (the easy part!) on section of the first-year
undergraduate course PH1020 (Physics II)
in addition to coordinating (the hard part) it with my colleague, Dr. Nirmala.
Fall 2013
I taught the Classical Mechanics segment of FTP7080 Foundations in Theoretical Physics and supervised a self-study course on QFT-II.
